Classes are held:       Monday 7 - 9 PM
                                        Thursday 7 - 9 PM
                                        Saturday 12 - 2 PM
No formal uniforms are required by the school, but comfortable work out gear is advised. The school can provide shirts, martial arts style pants, and martial arts shoes for a nominal fee to students. Currently, class sessions are open to all ages, however, separate classes for students ages 12-18 are arranged when there is sufficient numbers of students in this age group.
